The FINEP development company was founded in 1995. Since its founding it has built a very strong position for itself on the Czech and Slovak market. So far it has built more than 13,000 residential units and has successfully completed dozens of residential projects in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Our main activities are not only development and sale of a wide range of real estate properties, including top quality administrative buildings, but also complete revitalization of large territorial units.

The crown jewel of the office development is the top quality administrative centre City West, which provides facilities for Komerční banka, Siemens, Vodafone, Hyundai, Nixdorf, CGI and many other companies.

Ungelt Group is one of the three largest residential and office developers in Prague. The Group was founded by two American lawyers with experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and real estate transactions shortly after the Velvet Revolution in then Czechoslovakia. In the Czech Republic, the Group has been active since 1992.

The Grup is active in particular in the sectors of office and residential development, although it also owns a commercial centre and offices including storage areas.
